The subsidiaries.
The CENTROSOLAR Group was created in 2005 through the merger of the seven well-established photovoltaics businesses Solara, Biohaus, Solarstocc, Ubbink Solar Modules, Ubbink Econergy Solar, Centrosolar Glas and Solarsquare. We have achieved strong organic growth ever since, and have extended our scope through the establishment of Centroplan, through setting up international subsidiaries and through the merger of Solara AG, Biohaus PV Handels GmbH and Solarstocc AG to form the new Centrosolar AG. CentroSolar Group AG, with its registered office in Munich, acts as the listed holding company for all the other subsidiaries portrayed on the following pages.
